My Doggos - Molly & Mort

Molly and Mort have since passed on, but I wanted to tell you about the two most important dogs that changed my life.  Molly was my "free dog" and Mort was my "foster failure".

I adopted Molly when she was 9 months old; she passed at 16 years & 1 month to the day of her birthday. She had 'lens luxation" and eventually had both eyes removed. She loved to jump off the pier and go swimming, her bones and going for car rides.  

I rescued Mort from the Rescue Gang in West Milwaukee.  We had no idea how old he was but if I had to guess I'd say 14 or 15. He was deaf and only had five and a half teeth left. He was only with me two and half years.  I knew he wouldn't be around forever but he helped me get through the worst period of my life with both of my parents passing away. Mort had many faces and I miss him so very much.
